Richard Y. Bradley born 1938. Graduated from the University of Georgia, B.A., 1960. J.D., 1962. Admitted to State Bar of Georgia 1961. Practiced in Columbus, Georgia from 1962 to present. Engaged primarily in civil litigation. Devoted almost exclusively to medical malpractice for a period of ten years. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. THOMAS S. CHAMBLESS

Thomas S. Chambless is a partner in the Albany firm of Watson, Spence, Lowe & Chambless, LLP. The primary focus of his practice has been in the area of professional negligence, particularly medical malpractice.

Joel A. Howe of Macon is a partner in the Litigation Section at Martin Snow, LLP. He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil trials and litigation matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, including personal injury and wrongful death cases involving motor vehicle accidents, motor carrier liability, premises liability (slip and falls, negligent/inadequate security), professional liability, and dram shop cases. Mr. Howe also has extensive experience with insurance coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions.

William J. Morton, M.D., J.D. is a Board-certified Urologist and Attorney. He also is a Board-registered mediator and has published numerous papers and books on medical and legal issues.

WILLIAM USHER NORWOOD

William U. Norwood is a partner in the Atlanta firm of Pope, McGlamry, Kilpatrick, Morrison & Norwood, LLP. He has extensive experience in the trial of medical malpractice cases in addition to significant experience in other complex litigation matters.

R. CLAY RATTERREE

Thomas W. Tucker is the senior partner in the Augusta law firm of Tucker, Everitt, Long, Brewton & Lanier. His legal experience is almost exclusively in the area of trial practice with a heavy emphasis on medial and legal malpractice actions.

Fee Schedule:
The total hourly rate for Medical Malpractice cases is $350. All other charges are as contained in our Standard Fee Schedule.
