Handled for plaintiffs and defendants products liability, personal injury, contract and business disputes, covenant not to compete, civil rights, securities and health law litigation. Represented consumers in Class Actions against Mortgage Lenders, Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies. Has appeared in Northern, Middle and Southern U.S. District Courts of Georgia, Middle and Northern U.S. District Court of Alabama, Northern District of Florida, State Courts in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Nevada, United States Court of Claims, and over 55 Georgia County Superior and State Courts. Has appeared in cases before all Georgia Appellate Courts, Florida DCA and Supreme Court, 4th 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal, ICLE and ICJE lecturer in trial practice and faculty member of trial practice academy.


Completed mandated training of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution; Arbitrated Medical Malpractice cases. Mediated personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, business torts, covenants not to compete, product liability and medical malpractice cases. Participated as a party representative in excess of 50 mediations and 4 arbitrations.
